Simply put, all I am trying to say is Utopia as described in this post is not achievable under Earth conditions.
When I say designed or meant obviously I am implying creation. Maybe one could just use is or evolved or happens to be instead, but conclusion is the same. The way Earth is having disease free world is not possible.

Advances in medical science is making it happen as we speak. Those who say it can't be done.

So to be clear, you are saying world with absolutely ZERO diseases is possible? Would you also agree that immortality is possible in the future?
Btw, I am not trying to stop or discredit any medical advancements and discoveries of cures, etc.
