I have not used any MT to do my translations.
I send a screenshot of my activity.
With some short sentences the translation can match the one that Google translator does but because it is the only and correct translation.
In any case, I always check the final result as a human translator does to choose the best possible translation.

Estoy de acuerdo que la traducción puede coincidir con las sugerencias automáticas o Google Translate en casos de frases cortas, pero cuando esto sucede para párrafos y frases más largas es evidente el incumplimiento de la regla.
