Picture upload and validation problems

Expected behavior

when I upload image problem gallery, it was uploaded successfully but when I tried to upload clicked image from camera it does not upload and also it does not give any error.
Seems their is not validations are present.
While adding the contact, the app did not give any errors.It just close with giving any info to user.

Actual behavior

Image should be successfully uploaded from camera and when user close the add contact option, the app should warn the user e.g when name us entered and press the close button, app should warn warn user that all info will not be saved.

How to reproduce

Every time when User tried to do the same

  • Operating system: Android
