Hi, it is great you are contributing to Utopian.io, but please try to keep the following in mind

• Submissions should include a comprehensible commit history. Projects or updates submitted in a single commit will not be considered for potential reward.
• Submitted contributions should offer unique value. I don't see what kind of value a Twitter clone brings.
• Nowhere do you mention what features the application already has (if any) and the majority of your post is about what Android Studio, Java and Firebase are. Even in your roadmap one of the points is "Start the application" - does this mean you haven't started on the project yet?
• You also don't mention how the project can be used, or how someone can install it. It would be much better if you explained this, and also included screenshots that show features of the application for example.

I would recommend you focus on the above things before contributing to Utopian.io again.
