Add themes features to the lightning browser app.

Lightning is a simple open source, fast web browser that focuses on design, security, and efficiency. The design is nice, does not track you, gives you plenty of options to protect someone's privacy.

Proposal

This time I want to suggest new features in liightning applications. As a loyal user I would know the shortcomings that make users less satisfied with the features that have been provided. Well this time I want to suggest to add features themes so users do not get bored with the usual look less attractive . With there themes features users can use the desired themes.

Benefits

benefits and usage is, with the Features themes, users can change the theme that has been provided or the user can also add another theme just mengkiks local photos option on the bottom left, the benefits are, users will not feel bored with the themes feature. Users can change background as they please, and this feature makes great progress on the number of users using the application lightning browser I'm really looking forward to the developer To add the features I suggested above.
