Thanks @itsmechille. Sure you can fill out the form in the post. To ensure this is as unbiased as possible I do not determine who qualifies. There will be a set guideline that the team follows to determine eligibility and it is constantly being refined. We are just kicking it off now, so give us time to get everything sorted :)
