Jumble Password Generator

A tiny utility to create unique id's or passwords. It is a small electron utility, for creating unique combinations of passwords(or id's) out of your name and date of birth.
The app uses the random permutation of numbers algorithm known as Fisher Yates Shuffle Algorithm which in turn jumbles a sequence.

Follow below steps to use locally on your machine:

1. Have Nodejs and Git installed.
2. Clone: git clone https://github.com/theIYD/jumble-password.git
3. cd jumble-password
4. npm install

5 npm start

Proposal

It would be more useful if the application could have the following suggested features implemented.

Features Suggested

1 Copytoclipboard- This feature would allow user to copy to clipboard rather than double clicking using mouse or at times to select the entire password wherein we may at times miss few while selecting.

2 About App-Provides information as to what the app is about, ability to open or visit github link or website link of the app and also may update the app when new versions are released and so on.

The next image below is an edited screenshot of the application showing where About App providing description of the app, update if any to the app and website or github links could be added. And Copy to clipboard feature besides the generated password, could be implemented as shown in the image.

Benefits

Right now the application need us to our mouse to select n copy using your mouse and then paste the created password.

With the addition of these suggested features it would make it easy for users to copy to clipboard and have description or even possibility of updating the app or opening or visiting app links using About app.

Hopefully this will make the said app more useful for all users.
