Project Details

Kolibri is a free online educational platform and toolkit that provides access to a diverse set of learning resources and openly-sourced content to teachers and students even in areas where the Internet is not available. Kolibri helps overcome infrastructural barriers that prevent equitable access, increases the availability of relevant, aligned learning materials, and fosters innovative pedagogy and effective learning outcomes.

Our goal is to provide low-resource and low-connectivity communities with a complete primary and secondary offline digital curriculum, in every language of the world, aligned to every national and state curricular standard. Through this work, we aim to build a new, open, and fundamentally human-centered educational model, in order to promote human flourishing.

I decided to translate this project because I think this project is very usefull in enforcing education for all. I believed whoever visit this project and understand the project goal will be happy to get involve in translating the project to other respective languange, so more people with different language understand the application.
