Introducing "Identify Song" and "Shake to Skip Songs" on Phonograph Music Player

Components

Phonograph Music player is an open source project used for playing music files. I suggest the introduction of identify music and shake to change music features which are yet to be added to this application for more fun.

Proposal

I propose that an "identify music" and "share to skip song" features be introduced on the Phonograph Music player. This features will help improve the music application, bringing more fun to users.

Identify music - This feature when tapped listens to a playing song and identifies the artist and the year the song was made.
Shake to skip song - This feature when turned on will enable a user instead of going through the stress of unlocking his/her phone to skip songs, the user just shakes the phone and the magic is done.

Mockups / Examples

Benefits

Songs are released everyday and no can claim knowing them all. This features will help a user hearing a particular song for the first time search and know the name of the artist, title of the song and year released.

• This features will add importance to Phonograph Media player because it will save users the stress of going to skip songs from the application when their phones are locked.
• This will also advance its user base.
