Hello @espoem, sorry, I did not notice this rule concerning commercial applications of opensource material.
The Chrisaiki/wikiuto repository is empty because it is a repository I created to put educational content for wikiversity. I have discuss this point with @elear. I will make another post without commercial application, you can drop this one out of utopian. Thank you for your curation.
