This is reproducible, although there is no place where it is stated that uppercase letters or special characters should be disallowed in tags.

This is a feature that was missed. Your conversation with the PO shows he didn't expect that to be an issue, confirming the fact that he never implemented this bit in the first place.

However, we can agree that he not implementing this validation led to the other errors.

Feedback:

1. The steps, the expected and actual behavior contained sufficient information.
2. No proposed fix, no fixing needed by the way but an enhancement on the existing feature.
