This is where the algorithm masters come in I would imagine!
I think the benefit in good related posts is that it could at least flag you some interesting people to follow.
Busy.org interface is doing something on the front of usrs to follow. Not sure what their algorithm is.
Possibly something as simple as “your favourite people also follow” type thing.
