Suggestion To Add Feature Private Message To Account Utopian

A message is a discrete unit of communication intended by the source for consumption by some recipient or group of recipients. A message may be delivered by various means, including courier, telegraphy, carrier pigeon and electronic bus. An interactive exchange of messages forms a conversation.
Reason For Suggestions
Because on utopian site the absence of personal message feature. With the personal message feature into a communication path between utopian users with one another. Another reason is the number of other utopian users who do not have the same active clock. So that with a private message makes utopian users can communicate directly with other utopian users.

Conclusion
having a private messaging feature on utopian will increase the appeal of other utopian users. So that will make the path of communication to be even better.

This is defenetly a function that is missing, but I dont think that this function will make it to utopia.
AFAIK utopia is just a frontend for the steem blockchain. That means every persistent information is stored in the steem blockchain and not on any servers from utopia. And store private messages on the blockchain would not make any sense.
I'm just thinking of adding a private messaging feature in a utopian account. My way of thinking is only principled to facilitate communication between utopian users with each other. Because utopian is connected across country and every country has different active hours.
