eSteem v2.1 - Server select box is display weird

Expected behavior
I was expecting all server list in settings to accommodate my phone screen.
Actual behavior
The server lists display longer than my phone screen so it's hard to select bottom servers.
How to reproduce
- Open eSteem mobile app
- Open Settings
- Disable Push notification
- Go to Server* and click the drop down after it to switch between servers.
- App version: v2.1.0
- Operating system: Android 8.0.1

Hi @horpeyloaded, thanks for making this contribution.
For an application that is designed for mobile users, one would think the developers would go a far way to make it as mobile responsive as possible. A simple fix will be to add a scroll bar when the list exceeds a particular height. That way, instead of the list breaking out of the mobile container, the user can control what is in view by scrolling
Ehh, obviously a no brainer. This will be scored as negligible. Reports that affect the UI are considered cosmetic.
