I understand that you have positive intentions. My initial downvotes were to draw your attention that something was wrong with your posts. You have ignored my advice and continued to post suggestions that don't meet the requirements, so I have downvoted a bit more this time.
I'm not actually targeting you specifically; if you check my comments history I comment on lots of utopion-io content.
There is no steemit law that stats you can downvote someone because you feel they are wrong, how about you see my other posts?
Its wrong for to downvote me, im not a spammer, neither im i a plagiarist im just trying to be creative to see steemit change, thats all. Eveb criminals are not treated this way, i have human right too

Your response even shows the same ignorance. There is no such thing as 'steemit law'. But since you are thinking in context of Steemit, instead of Steem:
I could say I downvoted your posts because I disagreed with the rewards. (Reason 1).
Or I could say I downvoted your posts because they were 'Intentional miss-categorized content', since #utopion-io tag is generally used by utopion.io. Since your post does not follow their rules, it was intentionally miss-categorized.
