Change of Image and video Upload rolling progress bar.

Utopian.io is a site that rewards open source contributors for their contributions to open source apps development.

Proposal
Each time a suggestion is made, pictures are required to display and buttress points, same applies to bug hunting, video tutorials, etc where videos and GIF are posted to show real look of contributions, but ii noticed that when an upload is going on, it happens that the upload rolling bar keeps on rolling continuously, without notification of completion of upload even after upload is complete. i therefore suggest that the rolling progress bar be changed to a percentage progress bar.

Benefits:
The percentage progress bar would display accurately the upload progress in a visible form and also would display percentage of upload done and percentage left to complete upload, unlike the rolling progress bar that displays none of the above. Also, it would eliminate the unnecessary rolling of the progress bar, once upload is complete.
