Benefits / Improvements
The old logo is generic with nothing memorable, i made new logo combaning adnroid bot with newspaper to represent the application function.
Benefits:
- More memorable
- More eye cathing
- Can represent application function
- Modern with material design

I can see that application has a dark theme that's probably why they are using same colors on their logo.
And I couldn't see anything related to android developer news. it just looks like a news app. You were doing really high quality contributions. This one is looking a little bit simple.
