WP ulike is a nice add-on for improving the interaction on your site. Thanks to the add-on, you can see which posts your users like to add your favorite button. Thanks to the plug-in you can watch many stats and enter content on your site accordingly.

The best part of the attachment is customizable. You can create your own like buttons with photoshop or similar programs and integrate them on the site.
