Your post cannot be approved as it is not a bug with a app
As you can see in the issue here https://github.com/QuantumBadger/RedReader/issues/534
As stated by the PO that it is redirected to a webview which is independent of the app.
And while trying to reproduce it I was able to sign in.
Sadly we cant approve bugs which are not reproducible.
