Part1- PrestaShop translate to Azerbaijani language

Project Details
PrestaShop - a web-based application for e-commerce with open source. This application is written in PHP and MySQL for data storage.
I decided that I would contribute to this project. Today, I started translating the text into Azerbaijani.
