Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

HARD rules broken:

• A contribution must contain ...benefits of your work to the project owner.

• The old logo of Signal Private Messenger is already well made and fits the app itself with material design guidelines followed.
  
• If you design a symetrical logo, pay more attention to details, slight miss aligned make the logo looks off balanced.
  

Sugeestions:

• Try to focus on projects that really need a logo or projects that don't have any logo yet.
