What is a roadmap in project management? The project roadmap is a graphical, high level overview of the project’s goals and deliverables presented on a timeline. Unlike the project plan where details are fleshed out, the roadmap should be simple and free of minutiae.
This makes the project roadmap a useful tool for managing stakeholder expectations, as well as for communicating plans and coordinating resources with other teams.
The project roadmap should contain the following:

• Project goals and objectives
• A timeline indicating the schedule
• Important milestones and deliverables
• Possible risks
• Dependencies Source...

When building a project and encouraging people to be part of that project, it is essential for the project leader to let know about some of the plans. of the future project.

I encouraging @elear to have a Project Road Map for utopian since this is essential feature of a project.
Having this feature will help people(contributors) to clearly understand "what is the heart(goal) of utopian" since we know utopian will be here and will stay and will remain for who knows a decades or century. it's much better if we have a Road Map of this project. it could be an essence of the project having this kind of feature.

we can put the Project Roadmap in the landing page of our webpage. there we must put what is the plan for at least 1 year. with this we can also encourage more investors to put their money and invest in utopian.
