Add profile and CPU frequency times in the application CPU Stats

CPU Stats is an app that displays detailed usage information in the android device bar. This app is an open source that is still being caged. So it's still free to use. The problem is that developers do not provide ADD PROFILE features and CPU FREQUENCY TIMES features in this app.
Proposal
Propose to application developer CPU Stats to add ADD PROFILE feature in CPU Stats app, in the main menu section of this app. And developers must modify that section to give users EDIT PROFILE options, such as name, max CPU usage, minimum usage, and give users access to enable, store and delete them.
Propose to application developer CPU Stats to add FREQUENCY TIMES CPU feature in CPU Stats application shortcuts. And developer must modify FREQUENCY TIMES CPU section to give user time information statistical frequency used by CPU, time spent / in number (%), and time spent / used to send data for every CPU speed on the device, the developer must provide that information in great detail.

Because in addition to getting CPU statistical information. Users can set CPU profiles on their devices, to run them above the standard speed, applications run smoothly and quickly. And make the system on their device more responsive when working. Users can run heavy applications, such as HD games. And many more others. Users can also find information about the time that is in use or required by the CPU to send data on their devices, such as measuring CPU time (Percentage) of CPU capacity / usage information.And it is a great advantage for users. So users feel very happy with the presence of these features, and invite other users to download this application.

Why users need these features if the existing features are more than enough, the addition of non-essential features will only make the application more complicated and heavy to run while Hiroaki Takeuchi himself says that CPU Stats is a simple tool for android that displaying usage details of cpu within statusbar.
