Ability to take no reward

Components

This would affect how rewards are paid on dtube, currently, you have the ability to either take a reward as 100% SP or 50/50, by default it's set to 50/50 and you can indicate full power up within the advanced options.

Proposal

You should have the ability to accept no reward for a post/video, a user would be able to state no reward from a drop-down when they click on the upload video page. A user should have the ability to state that they can either have 50/50, 100% SP or No Reward when they author a video. When a user selects no reward they would not be provided a payout following 7 days of the author.

Benefits

The benefit this would produce is giving the user the ability to accept posts that they don't believe deserve that they should receive an award, for example some users post content about issues that they're having on there site or with their service, by indicating no reward on posts such as this you're able to provide the information that your users need without affecting the reward pool, not coming across as an author who will post anything to receive rewards.
