I was able to replicate this issue on Android 7.0

Feedback

1. I was able to replicate the issue without the use of the video, this is good because the body of the contribution should be enough without the video.
2. The bug itself is fairly rare and I don't believe it will affect all users, you can see this reflected in more scoring.
3. You could have made your actual behaviour more formal, but overall it was understandable. You can have also provided additional clarity in both your expected and actual behaviour as I didn't really know what area of the application was affected until I read the rest of your contribution.
4. Try formatting your steps to reproduce in a numbered list, this would make your steps slightly easier to read.

Overall your post was easy enough to understand and I believe it does provide some value to the project owner as this may be an area of the application which could be easily missed during his testing.
