Task Specifications:

The goal of the current work proposal is to successfully add a plugin to existing web front-ends for the Steem Blockchain Explorer (https://steemit.com/utopian-io/@jga/steem-explorer-based-on-steem-js-1539631316061 ), in order to diplay a live status monitor of witnesses, displayed on a graphical geo map. Here is an example on how it could look like:

The map should be limited to displaying European countries. The plugin is intended to create a live visualization of the witnesses’ geo location map, all over the Europe, based on the city/country the where nodes are defined and the status of each witness. The location of each witness is extracted from the json metadata, from the “Location” field.
The live colors displayed will be:

• green - for the last witness that validated the block;
• blue for all the witnesses that are online, in queue;
• red - for all witnesses that are offline.

Beside the map, there should be an animated flow of blocks, as they are produced, in the same colors legend. The inside details about each block should include: The block number, The timestamp, the number of transactions within the block, and the Witness Name. An example is represented below:

The task will be considered considered complete after it has been tested and accepted on our private steem blockchain (https://explorer.blkcc.xyz/#/) and when the solver will publish a steemit post, explaining what they did in order to solve the task.
