Creating Rotating Animations By Using GIMP

Hallo Steemian !!!
We meet again, at this meeting I will give a tutorial on GIMP application that is how to create a rounded animation like earth with decorated writing that surrounds it.

Work steps :

1. Open the GIMP app first, then open the worksheet, open a new layer with white background (CTRL + N), I use 1000x1000 pixels size.
   

2. Change the main background color, I chose the red color (f3093a) because I will make the red and
   white colors match the colors of the Indonesian flag.
   

3. Then, use the "Rectangle Select Tool" (R) in Toolbox to create a rectangle.
   

4. Then, color the selected section by right click on the selected part, select "Edit" - "Fill With FB Color".
   

5. Next, delete the selection by right click on the selected part, select "Select: -" Noun ".
   

6. Next step, create a new layer by (Shift + Ctrl + N).
   

7. Change the main background color to blue (53bbe).
   

8. Then select the Font, size, and also the color you will use.
   

9. Make a note Indonesian Steemit, place it in the middle of the flag (between red and white).
   

10. Right-click on the top layer and select "Merge Down"
    

11. Do the same with step no. 10 on the second layer. Be the red and white flags Indonesia Steemit.
    

12. Next step, press "Filters" - "Animation" - "Spinning Globe".
    

13. Will appear like this, then press "Ok".
    

14. Wait a while until the process is complete.
    

15. Finish.
    

16. To play an animation press "Filters" - "Animation" - "Playback".
    

17. Then save (Ctrl + S) make the end "gif" for the image to be saved as gif.
