add "gif" features on the shoutbox app menu

ShoutBox is a global open source Chatzone that is implemented on android platform or. The goal is to connect millions of people on a global platform where they can share their views, experiences and ideas to support various causes in existing communities, once I download the shoutbox app, as a user of the app I do not get gif features in soutbox apps.
Proposal
I propose to shoutbox application developers to be able to add gif features on the shoutbox application menu

Benefits
The "gif" feature of the shutbox application can make the users of the app more enjoying sending messages and not boring in using the shoutbox application, I'm sure users of the shoutbox app will be more and liked by people and I will invite people around me to download and use the shoutbox app
