Lean on me

I was walking around Utrecht city with two of my friends and one of them pointed it out to me that this building is leaning over. Luckily it didn't seem like it's going to fall. It's hard to see that from this angle in this picture. But apparently Amsterdam has some of these too because according to a friend the city is slowly sinking or something. Anyway. Interesting phenomena.
