You should exercise your right to be heard. What religion is there that opposes vaccinations and what "philosophical" argument could you muster? I could see why they would want to remove it. You could literally say anything. Honestly interested in what a legit "philosophical" argument would be. This sounds like if you are already exempt on religious grounds you are still covered, again what religion? If you are a student that reaches 18 then you can choose your own direction and what you would like to do.
