RE: One Of My Big Dreams

in #vanlife8 years ago

Fun post! Yeah, these photos make van living look heavenly. My family and I drive a big, spacious van these days. We don't have a kitchen in there, but we've got enough seats for our fivesome, plus a handful of visitors, and even some extra room in the way back for turtles and other treasures we might find. ;)

The thing I like about vans and tiny homes is the mobility. So, although the time in the van might feel crowded and cluttered inside, it is also freeing and expansive because it is wide-open outside. So I love the idea of spending summers living in the national parks, moving from the mountains, to the ocean, to the dessert, and onward, outward.

That sounds amazing! I'm sure you, your family and friends are having a great time hanging out in a van, seems like a cozy a fun way to spend time with the people, I have a feeling that it brings you closer.
What I noticed from other people's experiences while living and traveling in a van, is that they tend to spend a lot more time outside, exploring, going for walks and hikes, even cooking outside, which is amazing.
Yes, mobility and freedom to move around where and when you want to is also one of the reasons I find this idea so appealing.
If you have a post about you van life or anything similar to that, please share the link, I would love to check it out! :)
