You need to choose the right flavor for your vape.

First of all, you can call it Vape Juice, E-liquid or Vape Liquid, they are all the same! The main types you need to be aware of:

Nicotine Salts — These e-liquids are higher in nicotine and have a strong flavor that delivers a satisfying nicotine rush, smooth inhalation, and a more intense throat experience similar to smoking. These are available in 30ml and above concentrations ranging from 18mg to 50mg in a 50/50 — PG/VG mix.

Eurasian vape juice — e-liquid up to 120ml with 0–12mg nicotine strength, usually in a 70/30 propylene glycol/vegetable glycerin formula.

Sub-ohm salts: “regular” vape juices with added nicotine salts feel smoother in the throat, but 0–12mg sub-ohm is weaker.

Type of nicotine — Tobacco Free Nicotine (TFN), Tobacco Free Nicotine (NTN) or Synthetic Nicotine: These use artificial nicotine, not tobacco-derived nicotine, giving you the satisfaction of a completely tobacco-free nicotine hit.

Depending on your smoking habits and the type of equipment and coils you use, I recommend the following.

Light Smoker — Sub-Ohm, 0–12mg Nicotine Strength, Cartridge System, Vape Pen or Box Mod.
For social smokers or anyone slowly lowering their nicotine intake, a sub-ohm experience with a regular vape juice of 0mg-12mg provides the ideal intensity. This is easier on the throat and produces a delicious, larger cloud of vape.

Moderate Smokers — Plus and Sub-Ohms, 6–18mg Nicotine Strength, Pod System, Vape Pen or Box Mod.
Heavier smokers, but those who smoke less than 20 cigarettes a day can start with around 18 mg of nicotine. Once they get used to 18mg, they can transition to weaker sub-ohm devices, coils and liquids.

Sub-ohm box mod kits have traditionally catered to this market, but you can now find many pod systems and vape pen devices that cater to both plus-ohm and sub-ohm vapers. These devices give you a whole range of options so you can slowly reduce the amount of nicotine you use.

Heavy Smokers — Plus-Ohm, 18mg-50mg Nicotine Strength, Cartridge System or Vape Pen.
Heavy smokers need stronger nicotine intake and sore throats to satisfy their habitual experience. This would mean smaller vape pens or pod vapes designed for stronger nicotine salts ranging from 18–50 mg, plus ohm coils from 0.8 to 3.0 ohms.
