Strawberries (seasonal , local ,whole fresh food) nourishing!

Hey Steemians, hope you are all well and enjoying spring.

Can't help myself today with so much excitement. I have been to the farmers market and finally I can see a bigger variety of fresh produce including these amazing strawberries which I am a big fan of. When in season they are sweet and they smell divine.
Picked fresh yesterday to be at the market today, how grateful and blessed I am, being able to eat these alive strawberries, fresher I can get, still alive and cheaper than the supermarket all year around rubbery and acid strawberries.

The power of intentions!
Four years ago I started my yogasana journey, which changed my all life. With a daily practice I am able to connect with my deeper self … body is the souls home, is the temple… The more I practice the more aware I become of how our intention affects every aspect of ourselves and our lives.

These strawberries can nourish or deplete! Is up to me to decide weather I want to be nourished or poisoned. I find that sensing, engaging with the food I eat, setting a loving intension, nourish the body, mind and soul! Brings me to the now, the taste is amplified and the digestion is effective!
