Vegan Breakfast & benefits [MUST SEE]

Hey Steemians,

I'm sure you've heard the saying Eat good feel good , so why not start your day with fresh fruits?

My morning routine consists of firstly drinking a lot of water, from 7/8 ill consistently be drinking a lot of PH9 water. When you wake up in the morning your body is really dehydrated so its important to start your day hydrating your body. Sometimes i also mix Spirulina with my water as well.

Now at 9am thats when the eating begins,

For Breakfast the fruits is eat vary but today i ate,

Blueberries which is an Antioxidant Superfood. Packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, these berries are also high in potassium and vitamin C, making them the top choice of doctors and nutritionists.

Raspberries which is are an excellent source of vitamin C, manganese and dietary fiber. 

Mangoes, Some of the possible health benefits of consuming mango include a decreased risk of macular degeneration, a decreased risk of colon cancer, improvement in digestion and bone health and even benefits for the skin and hair.

Watermelons which is  mostly water — about 92 percent — but this refreshing fruit is soaked with nutrients. Each juicy bite has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids.

Once I've completed breakfast the last thing ill have before lunch time is blended fruits, 

•2 Banana's

•1 Orange

•3 slices of Watermelon

•1 Peach
