There was a time when I made banana smoothies with cacao powder and maca every morning - sooo delicious 😊 Unfortunately both ingredients have a similar effect as caffeine and I suffered from insomnia after a few days 🙈

Right now I love to add spirulina and moringa powder to my smoothies, along with flaxseeds or chia seeds and cinnamon 👍

Hemp seeds are the best, right? I actually haven't found them yet here in Malaysia, but for me they are the ideal salad topping!
