I knew that was fried potatoes because that is one of my handsome husband's favorite things to eat with his toast, bacon and eggs in the morning, if we have any left overs from the night before's supper. :D I've never been a biscuit and gravy gal myself, but I have to admit it looks good in the picture. :D
