VEGAN EGGS???
So I've managed to prefect the perfect vegan egg mayo and vegan FRIED EGG!
Looks like black salt is the perfect ingredient. With a little help from tofu you can make the perfect egg-less eggs!
You don't even have to be vegan to try these lovely recipes. :D

They look delicious! I was never a big fan of eggs but I'm sure this is great alternative for transitioning vegans/or vegans loving eggs :)
