ALMOND MILK.
Almond milk contains a lot of magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, folic acid, unsaturated fatty acids, zinc. Thanks to the content of vitamin E, almonds are called "a nut of female beauty". In a glass of almond milk, only 63 calories and 208 mg of calcium. A good source of phosphorus, so useful for bones and teeth.
Ingredients.
• 1 cup of raw almonds.
• 4 to 5 cups of water.
• 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract.
Preparation.
Soak the almonds overnight. Then rinse the nuts with water. Transfer them to a blender, add 4-5 glasses of clean water. Add the vanilla. Mix at high speed for 1-2 minutes.
Strain the almond milk through gauze. The almond milk turns out rather fresh, therefore for improvement of taste it is possible to add honey, cinnamon or dates and vanilla.
Keep in the refrigerator preferably up to 3 days. Shake before use.
I make my own almond milk whenever required. For my daily tea and coffee i make coconut milk.

Everyone seems to believe in "GOOD" MILK, as they believed in antiquity in the fact that the earth is flat 😂
Drinking almond milk you soon notice the difference between that and cow juice.
