Smoothies are like the best way to get alot of nutrients straight where they are needed. And it tastes so divine that who could resist?
I normally have bananas in the bottom, then oranges, apples and some berries and greens. Some raw honey is always good, it enhances the nutrients and their effect.( Good also to take some along with your natural supplements!) Add some water or juice or coconutwater and blend!
