I'm sure that's even more wonderful to take the time for a meal like that when you both have been working so hard on opposite shifts! I would gladly have helped you polish off some of those dishes. ;) I love salads like that. They are usually even better for leftovers!
I would love it if we could get together for a potluck and share our food haha. Eating is so darn fun and better when sharing.
That's the only bad thing about making so many friends online who live all across the world--you don't get to sit down and eat with them! Maybe we can at least do a virtual potluck and just have one big Skype session. Haha!
