Яблочно-апельсиновый смузи.
Я очень люблю натуральные продукты и так же смузи делать сам,и хотел поделится с вами тоже,так как это полезно для всей семьи.Поможет поднять настроение в любой день.
Ингридиенты:
Яблоко 2шт
Апельсин 1шт
Сироп ореховый
Очистим яблоки и апельсин от корки и наризаем кубиками.
Засыпаем в чашу и добавляем сироп,я взял ореховый и взбиваем 2-3 минуты.
Смузи готов!
