Looks delicious, and there's nothing better than a handed down tried-and-true recipe! Especially when it's already vegan! I'll have to make this version some time. My boyfriend (@dksart) is Polish, so his mom makes beet soup a lot, too. :)
yes, exactly! so you can cook first mine, then the Polish version and tell me which one is better :)))
