here's a video from the top of the hotel that appears to show two red cycling lights on the top of them:
What !! ?? we see the towers at the bttom of this video at 0.16 they remain in the shot for 4 seconds at least, not one flash of light of any colour do I see @ura.soul !!
I see them first at 0.11 and the first red flash is at 0.18 - you might need to turn up the brightness a bit on your screen to see the red lights.
