Those are just really cool and helpful for people! Here in Thailand i see them everywhere - Some people transport animals with them, like on your picture and others have a shop on the side, where they can make BBQ etc. But the thing with the wheelchair is new to me , great idea! Nice inovation!
In Toronto, there's a "Wheel Trans" system, in which there's a special mid-size bus of sorts. I believe the riders must make an appointment for a ride, like a day in advance. And recently, I've heard that the system often fails to keep the appointments.
So, seeing this here in Thailand, I'm wondering if maybe these "developing" countries have surpassed the G7 countries in certain ways.
There you can see that developing countries are great in inovation and finding solutions. Never underrate them, ha!
