Arroz con coco Venezolano.
Ingredientes:
1 taza de arroz.
2 tazas de agua.
4 tazas de leche de coco.
1/2 cucharada de sal.
1/2 taza de azúcar
Canela en polvo o en ramas al gusto.
Coco rallado al gusto.
Preparación:
1.— Coloca a hervir en una olla grande el arroz con la sal y canela por aproximadamente 20 minutos a fuego bajo hasta que el arroz esté al dente.
2.— Añade la leche de coco, el azúcar y la ralladura de coco. Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes y deja hervir por 15 minutos.
3.— Cuando el arroz tenga una consistencia cremosa, retíralo del fuego, sirvelo y espolvorea canela para decorar.
