Venezuela will have free and fair elections

The people of Venezuela will have a new leader, one chosen by the people in a free and fair election. I am bringing free and fair elections to Venezuela. My people there have cried out and they will have a voice, I am restoring their voice, their right to choose, their right to self determination. I will raise up a righteous ruler in that land.
