Maybe the Latin names would help?

Dandelion = Taraxacum officinale
Stringing nettle = Urtica dioica
Dock ("curly dock" or "yellow dock", there are several edible Rumex varieties)= Rumex crispus

I could send you seeds for these or other edibles if you think they'd actually get through to you. :)
