Apparently the Government of President Maduro is inciting the Communal Councils (Group of people who play the role of representing their community or neighborhood) they are dedicated to transmit or convey any need that the community has to the entities of the Government, this is to make it clear that it is a Communal Council.

The Government is encouraging the representatives of the communities to investigate their sectors where they live in search of houses that are in a state of "abandonment" or that simply their owners are not within the country or migrated to seek a better future, all This attempt against private property in Venezuela, even more against the right to housing that is stipulated in the National Constitution in Article 82, guarantees the right to housing: "Everyone has the right to adequate, safe housing, comfortable, hygienic, with essential basic services that include a habitat that humanizes family, neighborhood and community relations. The progressive satisfaction of this right is a shared obligation between citizens and the State in all its areas. The State will give priority to the families and will guarantee the means so that these and especially those with scarce resources, can access the social policies and the credit for the construction, acquisition or extension of housing ".

We read carefully the article, we analyze it and we understand that this does not endorse the invasion of housing to acquire a house, it is to be assumed that the Venezuelan State must guarantee the acquisition of a home or that the State of the minimum conditions so that every Venezuelan has the ability to buy or build his own home, without the need to steal from another person what he has obtained with so much effort.

If this plan really comes to fulfill all Venezuelans we would be undermining our rights, which has been so punished in 19 years of Socialist Revolution Promoted by the late President Chavez.

The Venezuelan is suffering a lot for having to leave his country, his people and especially his family, now he is adding another concern to the Venezuelan emigrants who with these threats feel that they lose their home, because even though this has become An exodus, all Venezuelan who emigrates for this crisis, what he most desires is to return to his country and return home.
