THIS MUST STOP: Vida Marina Afectada Por La Basura

A scientific study of Greenpeace revealed that there are more than 50 billions of plastics that are wandering in the sea, the 80% comes from the land and 20% from the marine activities, but the 100% comes from us, the humans, and we are affecting another species in a deadly manner, the worst of all these numbers is that the figure does not decrease; we are throwing to the sea at least 8.000.000 tons of plastic per year, also, there are more than 30.000.000 of cans and bottles in the ocean causing that more than 660 defenseless marine species be affected.

We can find so many cases of animals that get trapped in litter, they get to fill up eating from it and die of destitution, litter that gets stuck in the neck of seals, gulls, pelicans and others, that cause suffocation, it is even believed that more than half of marine animals have consumed litter. 

We are causing a terrible mortal damaged to our beautiful marine life, and only with one thing that cost us nothing we can repair or cause less damaged, we only need one thing, and it is awareness, something as simple as recycling bottles or as throwing a candy wrapper in the garbage when we go to the beach, something as simple can save millions of lifes. We always hear this, but we don't realize the enormous consequences, we all can contribute, it's time to take action on the matter.

Un estudio científico se Greenpeace reveló que existen más de 50 billones de plásticos que están vagando en el mar, el 80% de estos residuos marinos proviene desde la tierra y 20% de actividades marinas, pero el 100% de los residuos plásticos que están en el mar provienen de nosotros los humanos y estamos afectando a otra especie de manera mortal, lo peor de todos estos números es que la cifra no disminuye, estamos arrojando al mar al menos 8.000.000 de toneladas de plástico, también existen más de 30.000.000 de latas y botellas en el océano, causando que más de 660 indefensas especies marinas se vean afectadas

Podemos encontrar muchísimos casos de año animales que quedan atrapados en basura, llegan a llenarse comiendo de ella y mueren por desnutrición, basura que se atora en el cuello de focas, gaviotas, pelicanos y demás que les provoca la asfixia, incluso se cree que más de la mitad de todos los seres marinos han ingerido basura.

Estamos causando un terrible daño mortal a nuestra hermosa vida marina, y tan solo con una cosa que no nos cuesta nada hacer podemos reparar o causar menos daño, tan solo necesitamos una cosa y es la concienciación, algo tan simple como reciclar botellas de plástico o tirar el envoltorio de un caramelo en la basura cuando estamos en la playa puede salvar millones de vida. Siempre escuchamos esto pero no nos damos cuenta de las enormes consecuencias, todos podemos contribuir, es hora de tomar cartas en el asunto.
