Project Mayhem
Project Mayhem is a activity directed against scammers, who portrays itself as a IRS (Internal Revenue Service).
The author of this project is unknown. As we can see in the first video, he recived a voicemail informing him, that he performed Tax Fraud and that the IRS was sending Law Enforcement to arrest him. When he called them back he recived suspicious information and decided to flood theire phone lines, so they could not cheat unconscious person.
What he did? He made a bot that completly mess up scammers plans. Complete Mayhem!
